Affiliate Group Membership
A Gardeners Connect membership option for non-profit and social garden or horticulture groups. The group or organization gets one copy of the Gardeners Connect newsletter provided to their assigned representative for 1 year. The group can also submit meeting information, events or other notices to be published in the Gardeners Connect newsletter, website, emails and social media. Publication is on a space available basis and must meet deadlines and content of publication.
Affiliate Memberships are free to qualified organizations. Affiliate Member: any garden club or plant society in the metropolitan Kansas City area, whose purposes are in harmony with the Bylaws of Gardeners Connect shall be eligible to apply for an Affiliate Membership. Application shall be made to the Membership Coordinator, accompanied by all required information. Affiliate Memberships are not available to for profit organizations and individuals.
Gardeners Connect and its affiliates must promote and encourage among citizens of the metropolitan Kansas City area an interest in horticulture and related garden activities, to carry on an educational program pertaining thereto, and to provide a place or places where such activities may be conducted in order to attain a more attractive and beautiful community.
